1 Bedroom studio consists of a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, and lani

The Kitchenette has half refrigerator, sink, microwave, large toaster / oven, coffee pot, blender, small portable gas grill and a George Foreman electric grill,  The Kitchenette contains all your utensils, dishes and cups,

          The refrigerator initially has some waters, soda, and orange juice for your use at no charge

The bathroom has a sink, toilet and bathtub with shower.  Bathroom has lighted make-up mirror for preparing yourself to party.

The screened in lanai contains 2 comfitable chairs with a table for enjoying the cooler nights

The Bedroom has king-size bed with pillow top mattress, a large 40 inch smart LCD HD TV, 200 watt stereo and a  DVD player,   The Cable has all of the standard movie channels (showtime, HBO, max, etc.). The Smart TV also has an active netflex and Hulu account for your additional viewing.

Secure WiFi connection available within studio

The Unit contains granite counters and travertine floors. 

Renter has use of golf cart on grounds with the proviso that the renter assumes all liability for any accidents with the golf cart

Towels and sheets provided. Beach towels included for use down in pool area. Robes in room for your comfort.  

The unit also has available within it for your use, an iron and ironing board, steamer, and hair dryer
